i wasnt old enough to enjoy her radio days (also not an american), but i loved her show. i made sure to watch it on youtube everyday. she made me laugh so hard. she may say mean things but it was kitchen table talk that wasnt aired on tv. that was what made her so special. she was the aunty that had an opinion on everything

Being verbally degraded by someone with mental illness is a wild thing. On one hand, you're literally being abused, usually on a regular basis... on the other, you kinda have to suck it up and go with it because you know they're unwell.
