This level has two modes: normal mode and Hardcore mode.
Regarding the HARDCORE mode:
you have access only to your pistols
there are no meds
you cannot save (it's in the gym level slot)
secrets are replaced with hands of ruthmore
there will be stronger enemies
there will be more traps
