Trogir is a port city on the Adriatic Sea coast. It is located in Central Dalmatia, Croatia. Trogir is connected with the island of Čiovo by a lifting bridge. The island is home to the medieval old town of Trogir, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List in 1997. Along the port there is a wide promenade lined with palm trees, around which the city's evening life focuses. The most important monuments, as well as restaurants, bars and hotels are located here. The old historical town of Trogir is connected by a bridge to the mainland of Croatia. The second - a new bridge leads to the island of Čiovo, where there are camps and picturesque beaches most visited by tourists in the region./
