Sounds a little noisy, did you fill the gearbox with oil ? Impressed that you managed to weld the worm drive gear and get it running. Just a tip, you can remove the complete drum by unscrewing it from the gearbox, and this separates the 'box from drum. The front 6006 bearing behind the drum is likely to be worn, the rear one at the back of the gearbox ( also a 6006 ) is usually better. Tough little mixers though, I restored a 20yr old Belle 150 that had been left outside here in Scotland for 6 years. Works perfectly now ! Best wishes.

That cement mixer is useless, that thing will not mix cement in a vertical position like that, needs the original bottom frame with proper wheels on it to make it sit at the correct angle the parts are available online at reasonable prices
