The road next to the Hays army ammunitions plant is Mifflin Road. Baldwin Road is in front of Holy Angels Church and can be accessed by turning off Mifflin and crossing the Ramp Street bridge. Crossed the old Glenwood bridge many times long ago and it was even more scary at night.

Rubort W.Duggan was District Attorney in the 1970s and was a Republican. The Dugan runnnigg for District Attorney is no relation. He spells his name directly and is a Democrat.
