basically the only way to get infected is by exposed to the creature blood (aka rain) meaning if mutant blood expose you, nothing happened cuz mutant still have human blood

Well it been around six months since the rain first came so most scps escaped. There also the fact the bases AI is still around so it probably still containing the SCP. The SCP foundation likely programed it in case all the personal suddenly died and replacement is not coming anytime soon.
