@PabloHernandez-gl5ij, yes I've been saying that awhile now. The way they "cheat", being able to shoot through concrete in some cases or other obstructions and of course you can't. Frankly I hate all of the cheating AI in the game. I've even noticed a random occurrence where when Cops or sometimes other AI enemies are coming after me, despite aiming (with the mouse, I play on PC) suddenly the reticule fades or disappears and my weapon is lowered & comes back up, back down etc. It's not the mouse, batteries, RFI etc., because once the "situation/missions end", suddenly my aiming is perfectly normal. I've even stood near the flatbed delivery truck with the mini-gun selected during a "business export" mission and fired the gun but there was no ammo impacting the target. It's like it was firing blanks. I have to move farther away from the truck which puts you in harms way and it'd fire the rounds into the target. They have some terrible glitches/programming.

The thing is that npcs will slowly do damage most of the time, then just fire like 8 shots really fast, not missing a shot, and just decide you need to die

They seem to have gotten better at hide and seek while I'm trying to lose my wanted level, and Merryweather has gotten spicy with their shots and super aggressive. They must be hyped up on the roids or something.

I believe they are using BST. It increases your health and damage for a short time. It's why sometimes you one-shot them, but other times it takes four shots to kill them.

@Durrtail, I've never used it but that's what I posted, wondering if BST decreases damage so it takes more rounds.... Which that suggests to me that the enemy AI must be using "BST", lol given I've had to dump almost a 30 round mag into some enemy AI before they drop. I know it's R*'s programming where it takes more rounds to kill AI and also the fact that the rate of accuracy for your rounds, they cause them to deviate so much that even tho you fire "10 rounds from 'x' distance", only 3 or 4 hit the target, the rest deviate.

Not only did the cops get buffed but so did the NPCs! Honestly when having a 1 on 1 I feel like I’m fighting everyone all at once…. Player, cops, npcs. Getting a bit annoying.

@NickakaLofty, so true! I hate the enemy AI and I know that's what R* wants, lol. If I feel like having a shootout with the Cops, I'll spawn a Securo and take it to the tunnel out near "grove street" area and angle it in the entrance with the rear facing out because it's the only armored vehicle that offers protection from the cheating helis that sometimes fire through the concrete and all of the Cops on foot. So I just keep mowing them down, headshots, dropping helis by shooting the "tail rotor" most times. Just have to watch out for the subway car since it's "invincible." It's the only way you can get the "upper hand" against their cheating enemy AI which has "expert accuracy" and for me seems like, I can have full health, full super-heavy armor and yet 3 shots "wasted." I've had just one shot take ALL of my SH armor.... It's insane and I'm only level 438. Putther's main account is over 1,000 and they didn't seem to get him that bad or no worse, Idk.

The worst part is if you were to hide in that garage they still can get you by parking a big enough car under the garage door then shoot the guy that does your paint job, then the guy that ran in gets killed and there's that, you are never safe anywhere other then your apartments you own or places like the casino or Nightclub exc...but never sage at a spry shop.

@JimFlanadan4206, I've noticed that too. They seem overly aggressive in my game. Idk if it's because I've had so many wanted stars and taken so many of them out, I can only assume it is but there are several "anomalies" in my gaming experience. I mentioned one above about during missions or sometimes shootouts with Cops, my gun will lower itself, then raise, lower, raise etc., as if the game is trying to stop me from aiming.... Once the mission/situation ends, aiming is perfectly normal any other time. So it's not my mouse/computer etc. I think I'm level 438 now but Cops show up much more frequently, in larger numbers and seem to "find me faster" than before and their shooting is much more precise and deadly. It's puzzling to me because I know Putther is over 1,000 rank on his main account but the Cops he's encountered seem almost no different than when I was lower level in the game. Everyone in the game has become more deadly and seems to have "expert precision", even NPC's driving around, gangs etc. Last night Merryweather actually "shot me" from what seemed a "half mile away" with a single shot almost before the vehicle even "spawned" into the game. R* programs the AI to "cheat" badly.
