Okay there's a gold mine of opportunity here. If you can get some buddies on a copy server to re-enact these scenarios and frame the person you're reporting by making a false clip you could actually get a bunch of people banned. No admin would ever think someone would go to that much trouble or be able to create a fake clip that quickly so they'll believe you 99% of the time. Now that would be seriously entertaining content.
