Used to troll in same area with my dad back in the early 80's and some how we always came home with fish great video thanks guys

Man! if we had the equipment and knowledge we have now way back in the 80's walleye fishing would probably be non-existent on lake Erie. Looked like about a thousand boats up at kellys today

It was really tuff lake was close to dead back then

I was out there that day in the same area and yes it was slow that day but we caught a couple 5 pounders…beautiful lake ♥️

For shure! real slow. It was still great just to be on the water. The run back in at sunset was picture perfect. Catching a few walleye was just a bonus.

I watch all your videos and you always be using that c town bandit you inspired me last year to paint me a few but always forget about it i have hundreds of lures and only use 10 of them

Almost forgot fet the old boy and mic he has some good stuff to say
@TripleSwalleye3 жыл бұрын
Yes, many people have requested i get another mic. I didn't realize it to much till now. There is alot of people that just like to listen to what other people are yapping about. I myself just get plain bored watching videos if there isn't any fish action going on. Some of the stuff he talks about just makes me go hum! I'll move a mic in his direction next time out. I used to think that lure was called ctown but its not, its double D from domka tackle.

Very nice size of eye's. Is 1.5 to 2.0 mph a typical speed for that time of the year? Maybe that my problem, I'm trolling to slow. I was trolling around 1 to 1.4 mph. Thanks Tom!
@TripleSwalleye2 жыл бұрын
No, 1.2-1.5 mph is our most productive speed range but sometimes 1.5 or higher triggers more strikes it varies. So by you running 1-1.4 is perfect but when you're not catching crank it up. Our biggest fish have always came at the slower speeds tho, just not many, 1-1.3mph

Your the greatest Tom, I can't tell you how many times I've watched your video's. Thanks
