I think it's more of a cultural and language barrier then it was his actual intelligence. Obviously I think it's safe to say that people who pursue scamming are generally pretty intelligent. It's not a noble or honest thing to do at all, but it does take skill and craftiness. However I don't think this particular guy made the mark. he was not only inexperienced, but also not fluent enough in the english language to be able to carry out coherent conversation. google translate only goes so far, and as I said in the video, I think he was basing his scam off a script he had previously prepared. A lot of phone tech scammers, usually from India call centers use this method. The general assumption is that most people will try to cut to the chase and get whatever they have to done, because it has a potential financial gain for them. However, if you deviate off of what the normal person would say and make casual conversation that they were not prepared for, this enables the mark (the person being scammed) to gain a better understanding of the holes in the scam and realize that something is fishy. These people are probably not the most unintelligent people in the world but there is such a language and cultural differential that they cannot keep up with what it is you are trying to say. They simply don't understand it. This allows you to turn the tables back on them and be the smarter party. The biggest piece of advice I can give to anyone who encounters a situation they are not sure is legitimate is to take a step back and understand every possible outcome of the given situation, evaluate each of your options, and ask as many questions as possible. Also, possibly the most important part, if something seems to good to be true, it is. Nobody is out here just giving out money for no reason other than to 'help you out.' Also, if you know in your head that something is not worth the price that somebody is offering it to you for, it is safe to assume that they have ill intent for wanting that item. This not only translates to the game, but also to real life scams as well. I hope this helps shed some light on the way that these people operate and helps you guys to avoid it. I will have a more in-depth video about this going up soon.

I just dont like this scammers ruining people by scamming somebody on a virtual item and even worst tech scammers or other type that want your private information e.g credit card no. For scammers i think they should already knew it was wrong to do something like this I know this tech scammers are quite stupid but for me they should know its a bad thing but yet they still move forward with it. Well, your question has loads of variables. You never tell us who the cop arrests. Does the cop take the criminals with him? This affects it because it could be -1 or -4 here. Assuming that the bus driver (Brian) is at fault as he's the one getting pulled...that means he could possibly be the one affected. Based on the calculations up to the point of the cop entering the bus, we have 34. Actually, we have 33 because there's a pretty good chance the cop is not arresting the newly born baby. So there's roughly 3.03% (not counting the baby) chance that the driver is arrested as well. If this is accurate...then no one is driving the bus. Unless Keanu Reeves is one of the passengers and is able to drive the bus safely to its final destination. In that case we risk Dennis Hopper arming the bus with a bomb in a box where Nicholas Cage stores his random bunnies; but don't worry as this is all apart of Laurence Fishburne's plan to show us the true nature of Keanu's past as he used to be a hitman who had to come out of retirement because of Marlon Brando and his son Al Pacino took everything from him. Althouh Al Pacino didn't want to take everythig, he just wanted to clean up the New York police force from all the rampant corruption; but don't worry! Some scammer recently added me and tried using the most unique tactic I've ever heard of. He added me and told me to add some other kid to get a Katowice 2014 fnatic holo that was applied to like a MW brightwater a1s and hed give me a bayonet doppler. The guy with the brightwater appraised it for like $350 then proceeded to offer me a trade for my $120 inventory but he wouldn't trade for a $250 knife. I was skeptical from the start but when he wanted literally all my skins i turned him down. It probably would've been easy to fall for it.
