i really like the charge blade and ive liked it since mh4u. my only issue is that sometimes my AED or my SAED will not be powerful enough to interrupt some monster attacks. the end lag from the move most times makes me eat a big punish from the monster

Yeah for me too especially in multiplayer where it takes more to stun or trip a monster. doing AED or SAED will just result in me getting smacked for some big damage after regardless if it was perfect positioning and all the phials/attacks hit the monster.

They really need to fix those hit boxes. Like 3 of those elemental discharge that "miss" should of hit. Btw amazing speed run. I've started using CB in this game cause of the changes. I felt that it was to slow in worlds.

I believe its the skill "guard up" Basically, it reduces the recovery time after blocking attacks. And considering that theirs was maxed, they could act pretty much right away.

After World's overpowered Kjarr Ice CB and Iceborne's insane beotodus CB those elemental phial damages seem low. In World/Iceborne those SAEDs would be doing over 200 on Diablos. Great Run! I can't wait to see more!

I think the problem is that there isn’t a good ice CB with ele phials right now, same with water. But I’ve seen builds for thunder, fire and dragon matching/ surpassing impact charge blades phial damage

Elemental phial cb in this game actually does as good as impact and sometimes better than impact, we just don’t have a good water or ice element phial cb yet

the two only viable elemental CBs in this meta are the lightning branch from the iron ore CB (or whatever it’s called in the EN version) and the dragon one, all the other elemental CBs are literal hot garbage. rakna kadaki CB might have some potential in the future but atm is still a toy, and jyuratodus CB is literally an insult to the elemental CB fans

等角龍冒出頭攻擊的間ZR+X用劍變斧的前置動作GP格擋, 然後立即按下X+A派生超解前置動作, 再後拉左類比+X就變成高解 （注意必須要先上紅盾用GP格擋, 而且沒大後退才能派生出超解/高解, 普通格擋不行）
