As a trombone player you could transcribe this to be in the key of D flat and it would basically be the same bc all of the c sharps play as d flats and g sharp play as a flat and so on

So to explain why the key doesn't have all the flats you guys are used to, if the piece were to be written in say Eb, with Bb, Eb, and Ab, you would have several accidentals due to all of the B naturals and you can't put it in C major (no flats or sharps) for the same reason because you have G and D sharps which would be written as Ab's and Eb's which don't fit in C major.
