#1 Proven Trumpet Course To Quickly Improve High Notes, Power, and Endurance! trumpetsizzle.com Did you know that I created what has now become the NUMBER 1 Embouchure Improvement Course Of All Time? It's true! Why not fact check it? Kurt Thompson's 16 Week Upper Register Course began in 2009 and has now (2021) been taught to well over 1000 students. Almost half of those students took the course live each week with Kurt and the other half did it on their own with the video tutorials! FACT CHECK: When trying to determine what is the BEST anything today, look for reviews, but BE CAREFUL: Written reviews can be faked, right? Still, many times we only have written reviews to go on at places like Amazon. REAL VIDEO REVIEWS BY REAL PEOPLE that got the product or became the student is the TRUE WAY to 100% fact check something. Currently there are tons of video reviews by students from 15 years of age up to 88 years of age that have had tremendous success with Kurt Thompson's Course! CHECK HERE: kzbin.info/aero/PL0PQUYopKD-L2Vj0awGJK9NNY96hVFaTY The other method would be cash sales. NOBODY comes close to matching the record setting sales of the 16 Week Upper Register Course! NADA! If you find someone who tries to make that claim, check out their student video reviews with the student doing some playing...THEY DON'T EXIST! CAREFUL: Be leery of trumpet teachers, courses, programs that have a lot of celebrity trumpet players giving an endorsement! Almost ALWAYS that endorsement is paid or because they are friends with the teacher. Think about it: If Wayne Bergeron gave a thumbs up on some teacher's course, did he actually go through the entire course and test it out? YOU KNOW HE DID NOT! His friend showed him the course. He browsed through it. Said: Hmmm ok, looks good! BE LEERY when you see that. Nothing wrong with friends helping each other out, but for YOU the student, you can easily be misled by putting too much weight on these famous trumpet friends. I am happy to have you try to find a course that competes with the 16 Week Upper Register Course. Don't bother trying to find one that supersedes it. That won't happen. However, if you can find one that has some decent competition, leave a comment. Decent competition does not mean written reviews, celebrity reviews, or even people just talking about it. It means legit music students PLAYING and DEMONSTRATING the success they had while taking the course! You find that? Let us know! INTERESTED? You should be! Did you know you can take a small sample of the course just to get an idea if it is for you? It is only a sample. Don't expect anything from the sample, but to give you an idea of how the course is. CHECK OUT THE SAMPLE: trumpetsizzle.com/products/sample-week-11-new-revised-upper-register-course-for-all-brass-musicians-2019 Speak italiana, español, portugués? The 16 Week Upper Register Course has been fully translated to Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Know anyone who would learn better with their native language in the subtitles? trumpetsizzle.com/collections/trumpet-lessons-translated-to-italiana-espanol-portugues Fact check, Be Skeptical, but in the end, you will come back to the 16 WEEK UPPER REGISTER COURSE for trumpet and all brass musicians as the NUMBER 1 embouchure improvement course on the planet!

Thanks for sharing this video, Dave is a Great Trombonist. I know him from being in the AF Band at Patrick AFB, Fla 1963-64. Like following your channel. I'm a trumpet player too. I blame my Mother for that. She rented a Cornet for me when I was 9.

@upsidedownpyramid76174 жыл бұрын
Moral Dilemma I am 16 and I most definitely do not have the control and proficiency he has but at my age I am able to hit the notes that he hits on my horn, I have to say the easiest way is to NOT try to hard. You need to use the bottom of the mouthpieces in extreme register, you turn your trombone mouthpiece into a make shift trumpet mouthpiece essentially, Dave says that all of what he does is air. He isn’t wrong, on trumpet you have no room to adjust, every note is simply the speed and pressure of the air you push out, it goes the same for trombone except you have to adjust slightly to get to the register. Most people move their bottom lip inwards as the go up but to get even high you actually need to reset your lips to an even position around D

folks go here :www.trumpetsizzle.com improving range is a process not a collection of watching videos. I have almost 600 videos. You can watch them all, but....YOU WILL HAVE MISSED THE PROCESS involved in my course...it's a must! You skip it? NO HIGH NOTES, NO ENDURANCE!

🎹🎺😀I have been searching youtube for ANY trombone player of recent times that can match Dave's playing or get even just a little close...NOBODY!!! (random high notes in a jazz improv solo absolutely does not count - It is the WRITTEN high note solo like this one that makes it THE MOST difficult style/genre to play in.🎹🎺😀

@@slvdrdali Wycliffe doesn't quite have the sound of Steinmeyer. He's still a hell of a player, but his extreme register isn't quite at Dave's level.
@fhcidtx3 жыл бұрын
Smh seems like you know little to nothing about jazz trombonist, Dave is an excellent player and love his sound, but there's others that have that range or even smoother, like bill watrous, Marshall gilkes, and small trombonist in social media, it's crazy how many young musicians there are, and they are focusing more on being musical than screaming all the time.
@TRUMPETSIZZLE3 жыл бұрын
@@fhcidtx Hey lady you better just stick to your game boy. You aren't good enough to even put one video up of you playing tells me you have no authority to be lecturing anyone about trombone. Dave played better than Bill Watrous...I heard them both live. NOBODY since has stood out in front of a large, live audience and played a known, popular solo way up high. doodling and jazz licks DO NOT COUNT! Why? Nobody knows if you screw up! EVERYBODY knows if you screw up when a popular solo is performed. CHECK YOURSELF LADY!

@@TRUMPETSIZZLE yes. The curved bell brace is a dead giveaway. If I remember right, it's a variation on the Jiggs Whigam model. Dave does have a Bach 12G that he recorded with during his time with the AON. Nowadays, his main axe is the Dave Steinmeyer model Martin/LeBlanc, which is a slight tweak of the TR-4501 Urbie Green. Dave would sound great on a tomato can, though.
