Actually, the breathing portion is totally wrong. Breathing from "the chest area" causes lots of tension (you can see it) which in turn causes problems with tone quality. And upper chest breathing (also called clavicular breathing) does NOT help with high notes like they suggest. Frequency in a brass instrument is determined only by air speed, which is controlled only by the embouchure muscles the size of the aperture. I'd like to have a few words with that band director :P
