Trenlass: "I'm average at best" WoWs Stats: 65.43% win rate last 30 days. (Super Unicum) Last 30 days he's at 69.57% win rate in Destroyers (Last 7 days 75%).

That's because average players can get there, the game is filled with mostly mouthbreathers. Yes, I do know how math works. No, that doesn't mean I'm wrong. It only implies the concept of average shouldn't include mouthbreathers, and this feeling get's stronger the less of a mouthbreather one is themselves. Because if you're not a mouthbreather, you're apaled by the 'average player' in this game.

@@tdpro3607 I'm not sure about that part, especially now people go through resetting their lines for RB points. I really think the major part of it is that there are so many 'casual' players in the game who don't really care about 'winning', and who seem to be capable of having a 'good time' when they can get a few good moments in a single battle. The moment people start to care about the game mechanics, because they want to use them to win more often then not, is when people can make jumps from 45% to 60 and above and this is mostly based on how they approuch the game. 1. 'ow I want to win more often then not, so I know my basic aiming and anging and have learned to look at my minimap to maintain situational awareness ( which should lead from anywhere between 50 to 60% I feel ) to 10. I know the overmatch values of all battleships in the game ( or gun sizes ),. I know each destroyers torpedo characteristics and every cruisers gimmicks, and by looking at the team makeup and first 30 second deployment I already know where I'm going to be useful the first minutes of the game, wheat I'm going to do after that and how I'll likely spend my end game. Which covers everything above 60. I think Dunning Kruger applies here. Someone good just thinks the decision process going on during the game 'normal' aka 'average' ( to them ). While the average player, who doesn't care to know all the mechanics and ships in the game and just wants to come home from work, put on their game and sail around their babyboat

@@MarvinWestmaas Average absolutely includes those you arrogantly call "mouthbreathers" It wouldn't be an average if "the concept" didn't include all the data, including the best, the middle and the worst. Despite your claims, it does mean you're wrong.

@@iffracem "Yes I know how math works' Cry more, you sound like one of those 'players' who cried to WeGreedy how 'toxic' good player are to you in game? Didn't like being told you suck every single game,. because you suck and constantly do stewpid stuff? Moutgbreathers are great, I love having them in the game. Calling them 'players' when even WeGrreedy's bots pose more of a threat to anyone not breathing to their mouths constantly, now that is a bit of a stretch.

Great game Trenlass. The closest thing to a pedigree heritage in Australia is having an original First Fleet convict in your ancestory.

Thanks for taking the time to drop a few games over here where us old cantankerous farts can enjoy them as well. Thanks for posting, Keep on posting, We'll be watching more. 😇 👏👏👏 👋👋👋

You're too humble with your estimation of your gameplay skill. Moreover, your skill isn't the main reason I'm following you, I just like how you comment things happening. There are only two WoW players I'm watching and you know who's the other guy.:)

You mentioned Flambass and his streaming cards. I've followed his YT vids for years. Sadly, I'm not a Twitch person and since he's brought that in on YT, his vids are just annoying and unwatchable for me now. I'll probably unsub his YT and that's a real shame.

I feel you, I even have this with Trenlass his video's pretty often because they are just cut up Twitch pieces with no context to ongoing chat discussions in the background ect. I do like commentary on the game I'm seeing, even if it's not realtime while he's playing I would love these clips to not feature discussions we can't follow due to lacking context ect.

I will never play these ships. Being Dutch it offends me WeGreedy gave us something totally bs like ship called air strikes as gimmick. I will click on any video Trenless put's out featuring them, because if someone is not offended by the stupidity it seems it can be quite fun.
@tdpro3607Ай бұрын
i think its not bs given that tromp was a destroyer leader, the commander could call in airstrikes and stuff, and yes its very fun and takes some skill to land good hits
@MarvinWestmaasАй бұрын
@@tdpro3607 Please list me the number of engagements the Dutch had where they were able to call in airstrikes from their airstrips on the islands.. I'll wait... The whole game turned from semi historical during closed alpha testing to this arcade bs we have now where tube shaped objects in a WWII game go faster then current nuclear attack submarines.

@@tdpro3607 Flotilla leaders technically which can be either DDs or small CLs, not destroyer specifically. They're in that awkward space where they're too big to be a conventional DD but too small to call a true CL, it depends on who you ask what they consider them.
@MarvinWestmaasАй бұрын
@@Arthion It's *IRRELEVANT* anyway, more nations have 'destroyer leaders' in their lineups, do they have this 'spawn magic planes' ability? Like I asked the 'guy'; please list me the engagements where Dutch ships called in airstrikes from their friendly bases. I'll wait. .... While waiting for eternity, it would have made much more sense to give this 'ability' to IJN based on historical events. During closed testing we initially proposed to WeGreedy to take into account the HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE of the Hazemeier stabilized gun mounts. Before that, the famous Oerlikon's and Bofors were on not stabilized mounts, you can imagine the differences in accuracy/effectiveness of AA mounts. But WeGreedy doesn't like it when AA actually does something important, and to spite me it feels they came up with this bs.
@ArthionАй бұрын
@@MarvinWestmaas That's a little rude. But I agree, the magic air strike is quite silly and is just more of WG adding unrealistic gimmicks and magic spells to the game. My point about flotilla leader rather than DL is about what the Tromp class were, they are closer to cruisers than DDs given their speed, belt & deck armour and guns. Hell the Dutch wikipage even calls them cruisers. Compare Tromp to IJN Yuubari, what's the difference? One is supposedly a DD in game and the other a low tier CL
