I’m on my second battalion of these in 15/18mm, they match Old Glory. They are stunning prints

Great looking figures. It’s amazing what can be done with 3D printing now. 🙂

About 1:19 in you mention buying French and British, I think you are mistaken. I'm sure these minis are from Rafal Polkowshi, the French and British are probably from David Vazquez Fernandez. Rafal miniatures are great, I have print up a few battalions and the detail is fantastic. BTW I had to scales these minis to 92% to get 28mm.

yes, you're right, the French and British are from the other guy

- telefon ,sms, mail . Pozdrawiam całą rodzinę .Trzymajcie się . HEJ

With resin prints, I’m always worried about how fragile the more delicate parts might be. Are the muskets likely to withstand the wear-and-tear of tabletop battle?
@PaintGlue Жыл бұрын
they may be a little more susceptible to being broken, especially if you knock them off the table. Probably a bit more than metal and plastic but they break too. Would benefit some good storage.

@@PaintGlue - The soft plastic of manufacturers like Airfix and HäT are pretty tough and almost indestructible. Problems come after a few decades, when the plastic becomes brittle. I wonder how resin will withstand the test of time… Will it dry out and crumble?

@@sirrathersplendid4825 I don't know anyone who uses Airfix and Hat. I got rid of my metals a few years ago then came back to gaming, regretted it and couldn't afford metals. Most people I game with use the hard plastic Victrix, perry, Warlord etc. Horses for courses, some people don't like resin, some do, it's good to have a broader choice now though

should read I regretted getting rid of my metals, not regretted getting back into gaming

@@PaintGlue - Where I am, 20mm is still king, and plenty of folk still use HäT, or one of the many Ukrainian or Russian figure manufacturers like Zvezda, Strelets, and Orion. Metals in 20mm & 25mm are harder to come by, and, of course, pricier, so I see folk slowly drifting over to 28mm.
