The wire tool rework is a god-send for people using Windmills and makes upgrading circuits down the line so much easier, thank you, Facepunch, for implementing this! Now if they also let me change the colour of existing wires, I'll be happy!

Mouse over the connection of an existing wire and tap R to recolor it to your current selected colour.

The wanted pics are so cool, but I wish they’d paired it with some kind of shop mechanism so bounty hunting becomes a functional part of the economy.

Technically, you can create this by setting up a 'Bounty Shop' yourself. When you kill a bounty, you use the skinning knife to gather their head and sell it back to the bounty shop. But this will all have to be done manually / through shop windows. It would be cool if FP would add a feature where you could put these posters up in a vending machine so people could collect their bounty rewards that was.

Might encourage players to play more honorably too, you probably won’t get a bounty for killing a guy at rig, but if you roof camp alot or are door camping alot you might get a bounty or two on your head.

​@@adamboyd8316exactly.... and he should look at other games in the genre and realize how good he's got it over here.... like, I've been a DayZ player since DayZ Mod on Arma 2, went along and purchased DayZ SA day one (just like I bought Rust), and Bohemia and the DayZ devs only gave us in DayZ SA, one.... one individual DLC.... and it was a map they created for Arma 3 (which I also own) and so the same map was available on both A3 and DayZ SA.... DayZ got the map and a new bear for a DLC (bear everyone got without DLC), so just the map for $20.... and over on A3, we got the map, new clothing, new weapons, new vehicles, new missions, and new assets.... for $20.... and if you were a BI diehard like myself, you were still "forced" to buy them both, meaning even if you bought one, you wouldn't get the same map for free on the other BI title... you got a discount, which I guess is better than nothing, but look at the disparity of content between the two games.... and then most importantly in this context.... look at the disparity of content you guys playing Rust receive compared to DayZ SA.... you guys get monthly updates with awesome new content AND optional DLC constantly....we get a "content" update, and it's literally nothing compared to you guys (maybe 2 new items max, not how you guys get new content) like twice a year, we get 4-5 updates a year, and only 2-3 of those include anything new, otherwise, it's bug fixing....so he should be thrilled he's getting all this awesome stuff compared to what DayZ gets 🙄😅

hey flak how about strap for holding people in truck bed for group raiding. do you know what a fulcrum hammer is. imagine a poor country and you have jackhammer but it is broke. how do you use it. you install a pivot and a floppy armature. it will then work slowly. but be faster and more powerful than a pickaxe. Also you forgot you can put item on vehicles.

ikr, facepunch are ridiculous, back in the day they released so many things as basegame content FOR FREE. meanwhile in 2023 EVERY SINGLE new item is a DLC thats priced absurdely. i stopped giving them any money especially after they got involved with politics in 2022

to be fair this type of monetization is very modern, and the devs keeps steadily rolling out content for the game. New content is always good, but I'm not a fan of this roleplay DLC or the building skins. Paywalling building skins is really lame. They don't get enough flak for this. I don't mind the premium dlc characters that's cool, but isn't the weapon rack basically pay to win?
