Glad to hear you recover from it. My Dad died from it vacationing PI on his birthday. Sent him to the finest hospital in Manila and did'nt realize it was dengue after a week and it was to late. Sad. Always be safe and a Happy 2024 to ya'll!

I had dengue in Cambodia several years ago. I tried to hydrate myself and get over it. I eventually had to go to the hospital for a couple of days. It was a horrible experience.

There's been a dengue plague in the entire Philippines the last few weeks i think.. some of my filipino friends also got Dengue since Christmas at the same time.. must be lots of mosquitos which carried Dengue this season..

Look at ""Ricky in Isaan". His wife just had two babies (twins) and a few month ago she died of Dengue. He took her to the hospital in the afternoon and the next morning she was dead.

Are you going to get the vaccine? 6 months after ur sickness, u are eligible for the dengue vaccine. But u have to confirm prior infection through lab testing for it to be safe.
