Tropical Resort Act 1 Remix - Sonic Colors (SEGA Genesis Style)

Happy Friday, y'all! Kick back and unwind with a Classic Sonic-styled remix of Tropical Resort Act 1 from Sonic Colors!
In order to "classic-ify" this catchy tune, I tried to go with some "fun" instrumentation not unlike traditional carnival-themed zones. I believe the bass used may actually come from Carnival Night Zone, at that.
I really dig the the groovy, beach side attitude present in the track and wanted to maintain that modern vibe, and so I think the guitars I picked do a nice job at blending the two eras together, in a sense.
