I love your garden so much!! I moved into88 my new flat a bit more than a year ago but this year is when I have started getting plants and I am taking your garden as an inspiration. I know it will take time for my garden to grow as yours but... I am enjoying the tropical vibe. Also I got from you the idea of having birds - don't worry it wasn't an impulsive purchase I made my research - I wasn't aware I could have parrots in the UK, and now I don't know how could I live without them. Wonderful plant arrangement and use of space. If you can grow Dicksonia, you'll never have to worry about Chamaerops (just FYI, most people pronounce it "kamaerops", not "tshamaerops" (damned Latin phonetics). "Instant Impact" - great terminology, I routinely throw plants into the garden with this principle in mind. Love your Cordylines. Awesome little bar, nice place to connect with friends.

The chaemerops are a classy palm for our climate aren't they? I've got one that's 7ft tall after 13yrs in the ground in NE uk. Never had any winter damage. A beautiful no hassle palm. Lovely central island Hannah. Great colour choices and varieties 👍

do honey suckles need sun to flower? i’m so attracted to them but my garden is all shaded by a huge eucalyptus (not complaining i love it so much!) and i thought they might not cope unfortunately :/ ??

Well the parts of it that are now growing under my pergola don’t getting any direct sun and it still flowering… I’ll have to wait and see if my newly planted honeysuckle does ok without direct sun, I’ll keep you posted! 🌺🌴

I always look forward to your videos. It’s such great inspiration. Everything looks great. I would like to add your ideas of dwarf palms to my set up. I have an excess of Sago palms here at my place. I’ve got banana plants and elephant ears and hibiscus and cannas. I am decking out my patio and am adding black fabric bags for my pool deck plants. I can’t have the dirt draining out and getting into the pool. I just yesterday purchased Angel’s Trumpet, and can’t wait for them to get here and start growing.
