Hi Jeff. I went to Ecuagenera 'pop up' hosted by a local (30 miles away) nursery back in April. I snagged three plants. An Anthurium forgettii white stripe, Anthurium crinoi velvet and a philodendron Mamei. they are all doing great! so far,lol. Last year at the same event, I picked up a Philodendron Erubesens Chocloate, it grew to over six feet and I had to chop and prop it. growing like a weed. I also love it. I am a sucker for the big leaves.

Great new additions! And how strange the differences between the queen and king. Here, my queens (Green and Long and Narrow) have done much better than my king. The veitchii has only put out 2 leaves in almost a year, the queens are twice + that. lol No idea why.

Got a Queen and Queremalense from the Florida location. They came in beautiful. They are both finicky plants though. Great prices and good time on shipping.

I just received the Pink Glory today. I mistakenly bought it from Ecuageneros on Plant story by mistake. I decided to keep it. It arrived looking perfect. I Have a Gloriosum which I got as a starter plant. The Pink Glory is a bigger specimen. Wish me luck💚

Beautiful plants!! I have learned my leason with ecuageneras florida site. I have ordered several times and every time i order a "seedling size" i get a fresh bottom cut with one or two trashed leaves and a mushy stem near the cut. It takes months to get them to start growing. I will only order full size plants from them now which i assume are the fresh top cuts. Maybe i should try the ecuador site and see if its any better for me.

One of these days I need to pick up some aroids from them, rather than just orchids. I thought about it on the last order (ordered from the same sale) but it had been so hot I figured might be wiser to wait until it is cooler.
