A quest to find one of the last populations of wild horses in Carova Beach, while traveling down the Outer Banks, NC living in my 1999 GMC Savana.

I subbed for the horses first and for your documentation of very welcoming friends in the south US! Doesn't appear you're focused much on politics and maybe more toward an adventure of learning. Such welcome change from many content creators I come across these days. Can't wait to see more and I wish you safe and enlightening travels! In this video and the one before it I just watched you travel my home state. Probably the most enjoyable videos I have seen of my state! Yayyyy this is my home state!!! You’re the coolest. I’m sure this is old footage but next time get a private ferry (~$100) to Portsmouth island, it’s a completely uninhabited island on the outer banks! So cool. Let me know if you’re ever in Denver! That’s where I am now and I’d love to do some adventurin w ya!

As you head back south, you can also find wild horses on Cumberland Island in Coastal South Georgia. It is just north of the St. Mary's River that divides Georgia and Florida.

AMEN!…my family camped at Sea Camp on the Island for over 20 years and it wasn’t uncommon to have wild horses wandering around our camp site in the morning…it was a special experience…we also enjoyed the armadillos 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻…that collection of whelk shells real take this old man back to to enjoyable days on the Atlantic coast…a BIG THANK YOU for this video 🤘🤘🤘

Wild horse herds are very interesting to watch. Glad you made it to the herds and on a boat.

Wild horses are on Assateaque island and Chincoteague VA. You can find them on the dunes and in the woods. They round them up after swimming them from the island to the mainland once a year where they get vet care and some are adopted out when the population demands it. They try not to split up families.
