Do I need 2 landings on each island or just 1 on the new island?

You’ll only need 1 landing on each island, unless it has a bridge connecting then you technically don’t need any. But landings are so cheap so it doesn’t hurt to have multiples around the edges of your island. All Tropicans will use there own boat to take off from landings and they can use anything that has a dock. So the fisherman’s wharf, tourist port, teamster port, and dock can all be used to travel between islands.

You saw that fire coming from a million miles away. Good preplanning. I always imagine fires are started by Tropicans smoking cigars next to a waste bin full of oily rags. What buildings can be used with no or fewer workers and still complete their effect?

Hahaha that’s great. So I know banks you only need 1 worker to maximize profits. I would have to check on any others. Banks are the only ones I mess with because it actually earns more money.

@@dotcom_y So far I have found that media (Newspaper, Radio Station, TV Station) buildings, tourism buildings and the courthouse do not need any workers. The Dock works functionally the same with only 3/6 workers and the guards at the Palace are useless until there is a rebel uprising. You are warned when an uprising happens and can rehire the guards on the spot. The bank is a good example of a 1-worker building. So is the Customs Office.

@@jasonbeal8044 good point on all those. I usually don't worry too much on closing out jobs, except for the banks. I believe the only one from your list that makes a difference is the Customs Office. With one worker you get +1% price of exports, but with five workers you get +5% export price. This is on the default work mode though.
