Hey, Flora! I love getting lost on the trails too and just going where the trails with their twists and turns take me. BUT! Since I know this is an immense talent of yours (hey, mine too. Not judging.) you mentioned in your last video the Komoot app. They have offline maps, so you're not dependent on cell service. I'm sure you know this already... I LIVE for the app and my trail runs have gotten much more reliable since having it even if I only check if I have to go left or right at the fork (inevitable, every single time, I would have gone the other way without it). Enjoy your time in Scotland! Say hi to the trails for me.

I run with my dog Robin (Hungarian Vizsla) all the time and wouldn't be without him! I have never entered a canicross with him but he loves the trails, always off lead and running free! We both love it! He's a great training buddy and always so enthusiastic (even if i'm not feeling it)! Great video, thanks for sharing.

Excellent 👍. We're running with our dog. She's up to about 10 miles on a LSR but mid week it's usually just over 5k. What harness and belt do you use?

Amazing! We use the nonstop dogwear freemotion harness - I think they've just launched a new version too! And the bungee lead and belt from there too
