Yes, this is a new series. Trouble-agon is a series about troublemakers causing crimes in Plotagonia, until a group "The Group of the Angels" tries to stop them. Will the troublemakers ever be stopped? How do you think?
Rosie wants to go outside, and she was accepted, because she behaved in summer school. She was walking around the old city, until she joined the Troublemakers' Club. They kept commiting crimes for the day and when Rosie got home, Boris was worried and grounded her. This is not the Rosie Gets Grounded series.
