Think you might have a bent main shaft my friend...

@@jeffkraus1457 Well it doesn’t look like it from top center. Either way I ordered a Shaft and top Horizontal connector and 5 spare lugs for that top joiner. One of those could be bent back or down slightly. Next Inspection on those while waiting on parts…. 😵💫

OK,, so I have two of these, same model ERA-MD500. I changed the body on the Sand camo to the Coast Guard body for my 7-year-old daughter that flies it and I started to have this issue where the blades fold up on each other and the heli drops out of the sky. I don't understand what is happening because it only happens once during a new day of flying and will not occur again. Now I have tried over-tightening the blades, tried super loosening the blades so they can track correctly, and even purchased new blades of the same color and super accurately weighted them all and made certain they were all balanced to the 100th of a gram. Still the problem exists. When you walk over to the heli after it crashes, you will find the blades angled all the way back onto the rotor and folded inward. Take and then hold the rotor and push each blade back as far as it will fold back and then do that to the next one and so forth. It's as if the rotor stops in an instant, but the blades KEEP ROTATING. All my blades are 2.67g all of them.

Maybe blades come in contact with the boom at extreme pitch angle

@@conbonesthevoid1448 Not sure. Only on Spinup (sometimes). Not concerned now. Saw Andrej’s 2 Helis do it to. All RC ERA.

I don't think it's your main rotor, sir, I believe your tail rotor is off balance. There is no guarantee with a different radio. The bind and your radio have nothing to do with the vibration. The tail rotor is off.
@OHHP3712U4 ай бұрын
@@UlisesBatalla Agreed Radio Bind nothing to do with this vibration issue. It feels so strong like it’s coming from the Head/Shaft or Grips. Toward that end when you hold onto the Boom. It’s a New Tailboom And Tailmotor. I’ll try a new Tailblade. Using Original now. Otherwise a 3 weeks wait for Mainshaft and Head Top parts that already shipped. 😉

your tail rotor is bad and its obvious

@@OHHP3712U yeah tail motor shaft looks like its bent but taping your helli to the bench can also cause vibes. is the main blade plain perfectly plain front and rear meaning while its spinning look at the plain from the side at the front and rear do you see two blades one higher than the other? also can see this on tail rotor if shaft is bent

@@conbonesthevoid1448 Well if Tailmotor Shaft is bent it happened in Shipping. This Boom/Motor has not flown yet. I will inspect closely Monday AM. Yeah harder to see a good Plain on Mains with 5 Blades. 😵💫
