Hello, I would like to know if you can help me with a Qantum electric wheelchair that does not want to work. My chair got wet where it charges, which is the control knob, and I did not realize that it was wet and I plugged it in and now it has a fault and it shows me Registering the Network on the screen and it does not enter the functions. I bought a controller believing that it was the controller and it continues doing the same thing. I think that the computer may have become disconnected and does not want to work, that is why I would like to know if you can help me with that. If the control knob has to come configured with the computer, because I bought the controller and connected it to the computer of the Qantum chair and it continues doing the same thing.

I have a Golden GP162B chair, It is flashing 4 red times when I try to move it. Do you know what I need to look at please?

Right hand motor has a bad connection. If you check the back of your battery box it shows this and what all the other flashing lights mean. I hope this helps. Have a great day.

Hi I have the Titan Drive Powerchair and the rear wheels are not following the front wheels. So I bought a new controller and that helped a but but still the wheels don't follow the front wheels properly. Should I buy rear wheel casters to solve this problem or is it something else, thanks. I have a Jazzy. Works great but pushing forward on the joystick makes the scooter go backwards and pulling backward on the joystick makes the scooter go forward. Any ideas?

Contact a local provider, there must be something that is not connected properly

Had a repair guy come out to replace parts. He realized that he had the wrong motors after he tore it apart. But now the chair goes right when you push left, and left when you push right. How do I fix it?

It sounds like the motor wire is not plugged in to the right spot. I would have the indivudual who did this take a second look at it because its clearly not right

Does it reset/troubleshoot when you remove the sole wire connected to the battery and plug it in again?

No, if you have not fixed the problem it doesn't do an automatic reset

I have a four wheel drive scooter. All the lights lit up so it is fully charged but it won’t move forward or backward. Then I tried it again today and all the lights came on again except this time the red light was blinking. The yellow and green lights stayed solid as the red light kept blinking. But still no movement. Any ideas what can be wrong with it?

Most of the time when the light blinks there is a pause , I would count how many times it blinks and then give us a call. Our number is 615-730-9438

We acquired one of these wheelchairs that had been stored 5 years and wouldn't run. Spent almost $200 on new batteries. Still not working. Didn't want to spend more til we deducted the problem. We direct wired motors individually and both ran after disconnecting brakes. Problem was the brakes had corroded froze and wouldn't release. We too apart, cleaned and oiled. Problem solved.

Sounds like a motor issue. You might make sure that both motors are engaged. You would need to bring it into a store and find out how much it would be to fix it if that's not it

It depends on the model. Make sure you have charged it and then push the button on the joystick that has a circle and is usually green. I hope this helps. Have a great day

I have a Phoenix 3 scooter and it wont engage. I've pulled the lever but it still won't go. It shows fully charged. It makes NO sounds at all even pulling the reverse lever no sound I've tried to push the reset button and still won't work. Any suggestions

@@TONYMLT the controller is located on the floor board in that little trap door looking thing lol its silver with wires connected to it. I ordered the part and put it in easy to do and off we go lol the part was over 100.00 its been so long ago I cant remember where I got it but just Google it and it will come up hope this helps

Sounds like it would be easier to have dash Error code number rather than a audible beep. Most of your customers may be hard of hearing. I have a Pride but there is no actual MODEL number on the unit.

That typically means your motor is disengaged. Move the lever on the back in the opposite direction. Make sure the scooter is off and then turn it back on. Hope this helps

OK I bought a new joystick hold controller Off of ebay And I also bought the box up under the seat Because I didn't know what was wrong with my chair and my controller was all Busted up getting old so I went Ebay and bought a new joystick controller and I also bought that box under the seat electronical box it's got like 6 things plugged into it I plugged everything back in like it supposed to be And now what I pushed to Joyce dick to the right it was to go left When I push it to the left it wants to go right I cannot figure out what the hell is going on and I can't drive it like that because I keep hitting stuff
