Very pragmatic video, thanks Bert!! A lesson "senior" developers have learned, that ties in with your comment regarding "knowing the system", is "everything is there for a reason"... I've seen juniors come in and rewrite huge chunks of code because the current code "looked wrong", and in the end, they achieved naught. I loved this vid, thanks!!! If I may request something for the future... Trace flags. There's just so many, and knowing which ones are really useful would help a lot.
