In this video, we will be showing you how you can activate your system when it’s offline or showing red disconnection.
The system can be offline because of the following:
The biometric hardware system has no WiFi or Ethernet connection.
The COMM cloud server address is not matching your computer ip address.
Your port number is not matching your UTS port.
The preferred communication method is http, please ensure it is matching the system hardware.
You are not on the same network as your computer.
Your computer ip address has changed.
Please ensure no security software or your windows firewall is not blocking the UTS software.
Please check out for any of the above reasons, if you are facing trouble activating your system.
