Where can you get more plugs and chemical caps? I keep trying to call customer service and no one can help me. Also, where can you get a chemical bottle that is compatible with the machine? And what is the function of the metering tip and where can I get more (provide links if possible because I’ve searched on the site and got nothing)? Also, do you guys sell chemical bottles separately that must be filled with your desired solution? Or do are there chemicals that come in bottles that are compatible with the machine? I keep looking for Waxie 940 that comes in a gallon bottle like shown in video, but I got nothing.
