Yeah man I’ve had a bit of a rough go at it this early winter…. I’ve lost like 4-5 big ones like that! lol Ughs 🥴🤷‍♂️😂 I kind of wouldn’t mind actually getting the bigger model of the Fishpond with a longer handle but kind of a catch 22 on the versatility I have with the one I run now, I have it on a retractor that hangs off of my back and the light weightness of it completely retracts it back up so it doesn’t get snagged on a lot of things as I’m walking but the longer handle one would weigh more therefore not retracting completely back in and also the longer handle getting snagged on branches and limbs could pose a pain! Lol🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I just want to say keep up the good work. Im from a town near valley forge and we have mostly stocked trout around here but there is wild trout in valley forge. Its a spring fed creek and there are some giants, like 25+

You have found a 25 incher in valley?! That’s crazy, what sections do you fish. My pb there is probably around 17. Mostly 7 inch fish tho

That’s awesome dude….. I’ve been running some custom streamers that my good buddy has made for me….. they are essentially a buck tail jig with a little feather added….. they’re basically colored to imitate baitfish or crawfish! But I mean you could probably find something at a local fly shop or if you have the stuff to make them yourself!?👌🤷‍♂️
