@@tomdigangi2722 I am mostly a fly fisherman. I go to this pond every year in the spring for the tradition. My family has been bait fishing for trout there since the 50’s and it was the big trip in my childhood. So I still do it.

Do you have any recommendations on ponds on the cape for trout? If you can tell me it'll be greatly appreciated, but if not I understand not wanting to give away your spots. Thanks

I won’t tell you this location but I will tell you that there are a few ponds in Nickerson state park that are good. There is Flax pond and Cliff pond. There is a pond that many people talk about that I haven’t fished and that is Peters pond.
