10:12 friend of mine got a Crystal class gem for Candy Barb yesterday, his 2nd class gem so far, from a U8 Shores. I imagine it's just maybe more rare, or a bug yet to be patched. I also had no idea upgrading then scrapping empowered gems got you more dust afterwards! does it just work like that for all or only Cosmic?

Yea it must be a bug since the dev's said in the patchnotes specificly that it's from u9 but yeah, doubt they'll ever "fix" that and it doesn't hurt us! For all gems, small, empowered, rare, common, everything. I only do it on radiant+ tho to save some time & flux.

Wtf, I opened atleast 15 class gem boxes in u9 and only got one three star and it had really bad stats and I only got one crystal gem and it was 2 star how tf did he get a 3 star and a crystal and with good stats in his first try?
