Good question- I’m only gonna say prime knuckles knives is worse because like… it was NO body blow or super armor back then to counter it, if you got stuck you were fucked. Especially since prime obo was mixed into it. (It used to lock subs, not ninjutsu) With Claw Edge you basically have multiple stuff to help you avoid the situation.

@ForfeitUchiha knuckle knives do not have a crazy hit box like the kurama claws do. These shits can legit scratch you from the dumbest angle and still put you in a stunlock. At least with the knives they have to actually directly hit you

The kurama claws are waaaaay more toxic.. because you don't need to time it and the stun lasts forever.... And with the right clothing stat you can pretty much one shot ( tod ) without even using jutsu... At least with the knuckle knives you had to get the timing down or they could escape.. with these claws you hit them and you can go make some coffee and come and you will still have time to keep the combo going..... I have actually stopped using it

I have a nice healer counter to kurama claw sweats... The healing from kabuto... The super armour move from sakura.. and the green medicine.... They literally just run away from you because even if they catch you you can use sakura's jutsu or you will be already healing Or you will have the super armour from the pill...

I feel like SS+ weapons have ruin this game. kurama weapon takes no skill literally spammed to death some times you dont fall down at all even it they dont use any ninja tool or ninjutus. Even the Itachi weapon is broken. I feel like if they are going to have SS+ weapons every class needs one defense has gotten no love at all these season.
