Condenser replacement tips: I just removed the engine splash plastic shield and took out the fan, then removed 2 top plastic clips that hold the rediator and condenser together. That's it. I then pull out the condenser from the bottom without interrupting the radiator. Took time but was successful. Just follow this video but don't need to drain the coolent to remove the condenser. Make sure you are using a jack stand to list the car. Thank you! This video was one that helped me a million.

I've now done a condenser replacement on a 2010 Mazda3 twice. The first time was with the extensive front bumper, etc. removal. The second time I used this method. Wow, what a difference! 45 minutes to get the condenser out and about 30 minutes to get it back in. Thank you, sir!

I agree…I really don’t want to remove the whole front just for a condenser. I should probably replace my radiator while I’m at it. Did you use a lift, ramps or just jack the car up really high in order to get the radiator out From underneath?

Thanks for the tutorial! I have successfully replaced my condenser with this. If anyone is also doing it, basically follow the guide up until you remove the radiator fan and the radiator clips. Then remove the engine cover, push the radiator back, and juuust about squeeze the right clip holding the condenser in. You can then unclip the other side and wiggle the condenser out from the top, without having to lift out and down the radiator, it'll still be sitting in its two lower mounts.

I was able to get job done in 1 hour I replaced condenser without removing or opening radiator from top however still supported weight from bottom but that is optional. Thank you TRQ team keep up the good work appreciate you. Thanks

What’s that sensor on radiator. ECT sensor? There’s one on radiator and driver side block?

only issue i would see is doing this under the car by jacks... Maybe using ramps would give you that much needed clearance

I was thinking the exact same thing. I need to replace the A/C condenser on my Mazda and want to remove it from the bottom down instead of removing the whole front end of the car as most people seem to do.

No I removed without removing any hoses took out condenser from top but you need someone to support radiator f from bottom so it won't fall and damage if you can anchor it with thread that's even better.

Terrible engineering... replacing radiator on mazda used to be common sense thing , done from the top.
