the wttness is rigth.if your mark is 260 get highschool, if your mark 250 you go to secondary school,its an example.but if youre below this marks then you fail the w,a,,c,e.it was like that in the seventies.

What is he hiding,or was he a mole in the system.other wise i think wittness, should have no problems, explaining what he saw.he is dudging simple questions like a riff rat.
