Tapha nying is my uncle . he explained to me about the death bull in the prison and he was supposed to be part of those suppose to skin - off that cow, because he's a butcher by occupation and family he volunteered to be part of the skin - off but later retreated after noticing that the death bull was not good to consume by humans, which he was punished for.
