It amazes me how the prison officer tries to take credit for everything. Some Africans always seem guilty about something. Funny, they did not visit the so called “prison clinic”. Afraid they would catch something??? It saddens my heart that absolutely NOTHING will change after this big visit. Another commission that will sit hundreds of hours to hear all types of gross human rights violations , pocket their fat paychecks and go about their business. So is Gambia and so is Africa. SAD.

Ousainou Colley yet we tend to forget that there are people in Gambia who live in such sub-human conditions daily, only difference, they live outside of The Gambia prisons. Yet, the same people and their families continue to choose corrupt and disgusting leaders whose only aim is to build themselves mansions, drive expensive cars and hop on private jets like they were never from the same deplorable conditions themselves. Like Jammeh and now like Barrow. Wake up Gambia and choose leaders who stand with the people.

This man wouldn’t lie for no reason, according to him the authorities said what was here remains the same and you see the guy from the commission has asked a very right question and that is how can he force him self when there is no way for him and then sustained injuries I can tell you that the authorities should respect prisoners and treat them like their own and this need to be looked into what is more suspicious is why did they remove all the prisoners before the arrival of the TRRC Commission people let’s fear allah and remember that a day will be a pay day wickedness-has no place in our society and let’s remember that one day we will stand in front of the lord one thing I’m sure and know is Gambian like authority just look at the food that that one is eating can we give them a little better treatment to give them some love and hope
