Yes, left at the end of August. They were extremely sanitary, & service was amazing

At the time I went you selected the room you wanted swim up, loft, etc…. and at the price listed you got whatever room they had available. The rooms were not individually priced is what I’m trying to say

Hello, thanks for the question! Neither it was a about a five minute walk to the beach maybe not even that long but the only thing you saw from the room was the main pool and the other rooms across from you. In the video when I walked out to the swim up and panned far left and you saw the cabana top that’s when you were getting close to the beach and I’m pretty tall and I still could barely see it water

Thanks for leaving your comment! To answer your ideation when I went it was during the shutdown and the hotel was at 20% capacity so for me it was pretty chill even with the music playing. At normal capacity I can see how the main pool could attract/become the place to party with loud music

Thanks for watching! It was an amazing experience for me, the food to me was pretty delicious the butler setup reservations for us to enjoy different cultures of food every night we were there for dinner (French, Mediterranean, oriental, Italian) they had a breakfast buffet, Helios is where they served lunch everyday, for drinks we choose Absolute for the room they had other options can’t remember cause I’m not a drinker. We asked the bar tender at the pool for some Hennessy and he informed us that it was an up charge BUT when his boss walked away he served us up something proper with the Henny at no up charge so if you find a good bartender stick with him for your stay. If your a wine drinker we were informed to go to the bar and get your wine they have to charge you an uncorking fee if you order it for room service also certain Merlot were an up charge as well. They had mimosas for breakfast I ordered mojitos with my lunch and it’s all Included order as much as as you like. Hope that helps make sure you use the carts to get around the resort we missed out on seeing a lot, they also have staff at the beach taking your food and drink orders as well. Jen when I went in August the swim up pool was not heated at all. That would be really awesome if they were heated for the winter month

Hello thanks for the question! It didn’t lock cause it’s one of them if you open the door the a/c cut off type of doors so if you can’t stand heat like I do the door had to remain shut at all times

No I didn’t do any excursion because I went during the pandemic and didn’t wanna be around to many people. They were still available to do through the hotel just didn’t wanna put myself at risk

I definitely would recommend it. The rooms were clean, food was good, the staff was excellent catered to our needs and it all inclusive can’t go wrong with that

Beautiful! How did you get from the airport to the resort? I booked through Expedia but I don’t believe transportation is included

I booked through the hotel directly and transportation was included. I would check the confirmation email from Experian and check for transportation there first if it’s not in the email call the hotel and tell them you made a reservation have your confirmation # ready & ask them about the shuttle services they should be able to get you straight. Hope this helps, Worse case see if they price match if you book directly through them and cancel Experian

The food was amazing to me and you could order as much as you like. So if you did happen to order something not to your liking they would remove it from the table and you could just order something else off the menu no questions asked
