That is grief, bitterness, revenge, jealousy, ambition, redemption, family, love, motherhood e.t.c. I appreciate the writers for not writing her as just evil as most villains tend to be written. 38:21 "we are alive because of your chest". I think its a form of Shirk as Allah saves you from troubles and a saint's chest should not be attributed to such things as life saviour. Allah says in Quran that when we are faced by death we call Him for help and when that calamity is gone, we start giving credit to our saints or worldly things besides Allah for it.

Beware of newly invented matters [in the religion], for verily every bidah (innovation) is misguidance.”* [Abu Dawud] It was related by at-Tirmidhi, who said that it was a good and sound hadeeth.

To be very straight forward and blunt, this series is the best thing that has happened to the muslim world in a long time.
