I hope people understand: What is this with Ali RAA? The only place we heard such importance given to Ali RAA is another sect, not Sunni Islam. These people are Sunni. Why all this Ali RAA? I am aware that there are Hadeeth mentioning the great characteristics of Ali RAA, but is this how it should be understood? I'm geniuenly curious. I've never heard of this before except from Shia. Is there something I am missing as a Sunni? I thought we only look up to the Prophet PBUH. Same thing with 12 Imams. Is my belief - and the belief of the majority of Sunnis - lacking somehow because we know nothing of these things?

@Hajar Caraballo, I don’t know the exact purpose of them showing this thing they showed, BUT - one thing to clear, they didn’t show it like shias. They showed it in the correct sequence; Abu Bakr (ra), Omar (ra), Osman (ra) and then Ali (ra). What I interpreted is that they just wanted to show Yunus Efendi that something is missing or like something is wrong.

After Hazrat ali, Allah's wali spread islam. Meaning wilayat starts from Hazrat Ali. It doesnot mean Hazrat Ali is more important than Our beloved Prophet Peace Be Upon Him as shia say. No not at all. Its only matter of chain. All paths lead to our Prophet.

"I am the city of knowledge; Ali is the gate." or another rumor "I am the house of knowledge and Ali is its door". This rumor is mentioned in süneni-tirmidhi. to enter the house you have to go through the door. Of course, it is as God's messenger said. what's called in this drama is true. Let the road go to Ali, so that it leads to Rasul-uekrem. Of course, we can say this for other sahaba. Why do we find Shiism wrong? What do the Shiites say? "Ali's right was defeated" What kind of right is this right? personal or religious duty? if it is personal, Ali will donate it anyway. does not bother him. that he is the owner of the Isar, he can give anything even though he needs it. But if it was a religious duty, how did Ali lie to his bed when he was emigrating, because he called, he would surely do that religious duty .. But the real problem is that by saying "Ali's right was defeated", the real problm is that "hz Ali is incapable of responsibility," they call other Companions as usurper. Beyond that, it is as if they were saying to Rasulullah, "He left many usurpers and with an irresponsible person, after him" !حَاشَا ثُمَّ حَاشَا .. They say we loved Ali, but in fact, those who love Ali loves Ebubekir and both Ömer and Osman. I'm sorry I'm a little too full on this subject ... but anyway, don't let our love for Ali decrease even because of this view, that is, our view of Shi'ism! otherwise, we would have make the same mistake. A hadith: Ibnu Abbas radıyallahu narrates: "" The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Love Allah for feeding you with His blessings. Love me for the love of Allah. Love my Ahl al-Bayt for my love." we love hz ali. because of God's messenger, Muhammed (pbuh)❤︎❤︎❤︎ .. sorry for all my mistakes. my english is not good at all. 44:26-44:41 what a peaceful soothing expression after meeting sheikh and listening to his golden pearls....this is how murshid relieves his mureed's pain....he was already there when yunus desperately needed to b guided.... Can u notice the facial expressions' difference when yunus came outside and then finally after meeting his sheikh the peaceful smile on his face as if his sheikh took all his pains away.... sheikh's words will show him the path now...n from now onwards his attitude towards the issue will be totally changed....instead of becoming tensed he will face it confidently!

Assalamualikum, the actual meaning of nafs is any form of love with any one (wife, children, friends, money, etc) more than Allah SWT is Nafs. Nafs catogarized in many parts, usually Nafs e Ammar : A person Perform sins with no regret and guilt. Nafs e Lawwama : In this a Perform sins but feel guilty & regret. Nafs e Mulhima: Will get connection with Allah SWT through his ibadat & pios heart. Nafs e Mutmainna: Highest catogery of Nafs, Very Clean hearted People, loves Allah SWT and Prophet Muhammad SAWS, more than anything in the world. Example: Hazrat Abu bakr Siddiq (RA) was involved in Islamic war against his own son, he says : If you had came across with me in the war, I would have surely killed you in the love of Allah & his prophet. Example: Imam e Hussain (RA), he had lots of love for them but more with Allah SWT, hence he stood for truth Andrew let his entire family and friends of his 72 companions to engage with the false group of Yazeed & they martyred along with him. The utmost form of love is to be ready for any form of sacrifice. May Allah SWT enlight us with his love and guide us to control our Nafs and elevate us up to the highest catagory like Ibrahim (AS) and Imam e Hussain (RA). They loved Allah SWT more than anything in the world.

I am a Christian and I believe in the Bible and that Jesus 🙏is our way to reach Allah by following his example. But over the years I believe people have started worshipping him instead of following him to reach God. So I am in the process of exploring Islam because of its insistence on monotheism , surrender, truthfullness and other imperatives like zakah, mercy etc.most important and interesting is they believe in the Bible too infact there are so much more interesting details in the Quaran. And I really like how Muslims deal with life situation from what I ve seen in movies (i wish I could be as accepting and not complaining) so recently I m watching Islamic movies to learn more.But I feel following and glorifying a prophet may lead to polytheism and confuse innocent people. My thoughts.....

Quran is a revealation which is intact. and the revealation to Jesus was mostly lost but what the present gospel says in his own words-Repent for the kingdom of God is near. So just repent. @@_Hajar_ It is not like some extra importance is given to Maula Ali, but since Maula Ali is the Shah e Wilayqt(the position given himself by Hazoor Pak ) you can't reach the stage of wilayat before the seal of Maula Ali and before accepting Maula Ali. And I have a question for you: What is the limit of the importance for any Suhaba ? The importance all Suhaba have is limitless...so don't create such confusions , Maula Ali don't only belong to Shia, Maula Ali belong to whole Ummate Muhammad.... And by saying all paths lead to Maula Ali it means in spirituality, through Maula Ali you reach Hazoor Pak and then through Hazoor Pak you reach Allah, that is in spirituality(wilayat) unless and untill you don't reach Maula Ali you can't reach anywhere
