Been using this for a few weeks. Really loving it. Had target panic and I still sometimes flinch when hitting safety off. This release lets me settle after flinching and execute shot perfectly. Way better groups instantly.

Love your videos and long live Australia! These are great release aids. The only issue I have with them is that if you have a child or a person with really small hands the WILL pinch their finger when they reals the safety. The cure I used was a flexible bandaid over the thumb safety. Otherwise the safety is a great idea. The Stan Perfex Tension release is FAR SUPERIOR to any of the back tension releases. Significantly shorter learning curve. No worry about developing target panic on a Stan Perfex Tension, it actually cured my daughters target panic in a bout a week. If you get a chance please do a review on it.

I started off with the previous version of this release they are good, went on to Scot backspin, even better now I shoot a Hotshot Viper, it a trigger release but I shoot it back tension style. It seems more consistent, you could give that a go. Great review as always.

Do you think if you used this to learn back tension release (BTR), that this unit might introduce some bad habits into your draw, because the safety would let you be a little sloppier with your draw than you would be with a different BTR that didn't have a safety? Like, if you switched to a different BTR, would you end up punching yourself in the face?

Steven, can you do reviews on the new Uukha Xpro riser and XX limbs when they come out?
@BBDragon667 жыл бұрын
I couldn't help but notice the string notch on the tip of your nose! You must have quite a bit of string pressure on your nose when you shoot. Maybe it depends on string angle from bow to bow as ATA varies.

Can you shoot it without the safety, once you get used to using it? Or will it fire that "hair trigger" if you don't use the safety at all?

But isn't it also true that when you use a back tension release Aid you also causing the string to move or cause twerking on the string or twerking on the d loop of what's meaning of videos in the watch people demonstrate that all back tension release aids you still have movement on that string

I guess whatever you feel comfortable with I’ve been shooting back tension for almost 30 years I am more comfortable without a thumb peg I have 4 back tension releases and don’t have a thumb peg on any of them

I ordered a fulkrum flex in large an it seemed a bit big but thought same thing that could shoot it without a peg I have a sweet spot ultra 3 an the new sweet spot pro flex but the new design the index finger bed wasn't as smooth so I sanded it down an sanded all the Quicksilver finish off caz I like the brass look I shoot 65# pound Hoyt nitrux I'll shoot like 200 arrows or not every other day an I had it set on hotter side an now few months in I made it not at hot caz it mis fired like 2 times so I adjusted it colder so I don't know if product just not that good or if I shoot too much but it's upsetting caz the ultra 3 was $150usa and sthe sweet spot pro flex was $220usa an for the $ that shit shouldn't happen I was vw an Audi mechanic for 8 years an motorcycle so I know how things work so I don't know if anyone has info please let me know thank you my name is Bryan take care!

It would be great if you can do the tru ball Inside out x too. :)

I shoot with a friend who uses the inside out x. He has two of them and they both chew up d loop material. Other than that they are great!

Can it be used without the safety?
@ArcherySuppliesLonsdale6 жыл бұрын
not really. But yes. When you turn safety off you have a little movement. If you don't want safety then get a different release.
@matthewlyness81614 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't recommend it keep the safety on until you're ready to fire
