Killer is the power role btw even though these situations require you to have a perk just to have a chance to pick them up. If they go down on a pallet you can't grab or you get stunned. If they go down in the open you can't grab because they flashie you, if they go down by a wall you can't grab because of flash bang. Literally uncounterable situations here for base mechanics where the only counterplay is running lightborn and even then, you can't avoid a background player pallet stun. If they had flip flop power struggle it would be even worse. But Chucky scamper is the real uncounterable mechanic that needs adjusting...

I unironically started running lightborn, i'm tired of getting blinded everyrime i pick up with no counter play. Well, there is counter play, it's called slugging. But it doesn't make you win and is not fun to do.

High MMR in SA/BR servers is so tryhard that i'm thinking of stop playing DBD after 5 years.. It's impossible to hook everyone 3 times, they do 1 gen per chase, doesn't matter how fast the chase is, they aways look back on chases, they know how to drop pallets, they pay attention on everything you do, they don't panic in loops, they don't let us have a 3gen, and they know where every gen is and how important holding M1 on a gen is, M1 Killer just doesn't have any chances against SWFs.. As a Killer, if we don't use meta perks every match and don't slug and tunnel, we just lose! it's getting so frustrating to play this game..

Took me about 1.5yrs of play to get to red rank and about half a year to quit the game entirely. Survivors at that rank arent afraid of killers at all and every other game was a SWF

(survivor main me, 7k hours) and despite all this, there are still idiots crying the killer is stronger than survivor, meanwhile who are those survivors crying ALWAYS: those who never play killer, those who face only blight and nurse, those in low mmr and under 500 hours. It's really sad, I've played a chucky match, I downed someone very fast, then onto my 2nd chase, there were 2 gens left, who tf wants to play like that? They should honestly make it 6 gens to repair, do 8 total, and 100 seconds each gen, that would be great

@@alexnegut1 All that does is make the game more boring than it is now. Potato tier will continue to get dominated and higher tier games will still be done in a few minutes. Think back to Tru3's older videos where he was rocking Pain res and Pop before they were nerfed - Pain res was every hook, pop was TOTAL and not current. Gens still flew.

Similar thing here, I watch true, otz, hens, and scott. They all usually get solid loopers every game. Very few "weak links". To a degree true does make an effort to point it out more times than not. Others will mention it but true will go the extra step.

I believe the Devs should implement 1 Tool needed to complete every Gen, once a gen gets completed Survivors will need to take that same part on to the next gen and so forth, Needing to find said part in the Early game some place around the Map, making it less likely for survivors to burn gens out quick.

definitely. i had that same idea for a while now. tho i would make the tools only work on specific generators. i'd lock survivor pov in first person with an actual challenging minigame while repairing. its way too easy to do gens in this game. meanwhile killer has to play 4d chess just to hook one survivor🙄

The devs think survivors are morons, it's quite sad. This game now is a player survey balanced game at the moment, which is a strong strategy to get the majority to continually play dbd. Although this strategy does have a downfall, as soon as killers' figure this out they will stop fully playing the role. Then killer bots will be implemented boring the majority completely, so time will tell.

you can't do anything legit if you're playing against a swf and they go down in a palett, you know at least one will come and save the one or the one in the palett has some kind of perk so he can released himself. devs ... will there be any counterplay soon??? What is a killer supposed to do in a situation like this???? it's so broken... In this type of match you are practically forced to do the Slug, camper and tunnel, if you don't focus on this you will be lynched. Unfortunately this is what BHV wants

I think they typically go against worse players because they usually aren't playing to win as hard. They play meme builds, do challenges and mess around which artificially lowers their mmr. So it's not "intentional" deranking on mmr, but it kind of legitimately ends up with the same result. A very good example of this would be Otz. In the process of doing all his things for specific videos I think it artificially drops his mmr significantly more than if he was just a person playing to win like Tru3. The ones that do get groups like yours they hard tunnel to pull a win. No shade on anyone, just pointing out what I see. Like there is a VERY significant difference between the players we see Zeb89 or Tru3 go against and Otz go against for example.

TrU3 and Zeb89. People think Bully Squads and p100 means something special, but most of the time those players are facing against mid level players, (Yes, also the most popular one) Usually against 70% Average and 30% Strong Survivors, but Tru3Ta1ent and Zeb89 are the opposite. 70% Strong and 30% Average. Of course I can't watch every single streamer every single time, but the popular ones are facing mids and lows most of the time. On Survs and on Killers. I'm not a fanboy, but observation is observation. I'm not talking about True or Zeb are one of the best players, far away from that, but their opponents are different. You know, kids who are playing 0-24 DbD for $2/month and their profile is full of fake statements, like "comp, tournament, #1, world record". Nice words, by the way I am the president of America. You have a point with the “Greatest” content creators having easier games at “high tier” than a normal high tier gamer. Not even just DBD but games like cod, battle field, etc all these KZbinrs lobby’s look so brain dead and easy but once we hop on everyone so try hard and comp it’s unbelievable. VPN & new accounts are the answer in my opinion but they will always deny and try their hardest to prove otherwise

KZbin content is chosen content. Most won't put losses and will put matches they win/dominate or are interesting/entertaining. This makes it harder to judge the overall skill of them and their matches. If you wish to judge it's better to watch streams since they are unedited and unfiltered.

I honestly think that the easiest fix would be make the gens take less time but have the survivors need to do 7 instead of 5, makes it survivors dont have to sit on a gen and do nothing (boring imo) but move around the map more, inrease the overall match time but doesn't increase the boring ass time sitting on a gen

This wouldn't help in other matches, but at 13:21 if you just body block the exit switch, it would have been a 4k. They don't make it to the other side of the map in time.

The only way to know is having the same group play other streamers. There is genuinely no way to tell for sure if your map pressure, mindgames, detaching would affect one team the same way than another creators would. If I’m using otz as an example I’d say he gets more wins, but also more losses. You seem more content than others with a 1-2k. Ex : otz 4k,4k,0k,0k, true : 2k , 1k, 2k, 3k I personally think you put more effort into the competitive aspect where others look to entertain specifically without emphasis on specific plays and high level game sense .

I Think that you can tell by the way the survivors play. if they do a lot of mistakes that you don't see every time in your matches, if they know how to loop in general, if they look back in chaces, if they don't panic all the time, if they are efficient in gen, etc.. I don't want to talk shit about anyone but the players that Ots usually play against.. doesn't perform very well in general from what I see in his lives. I'm from SA and i can tell that most of my matches and the SA streamers that I watch are way more tryhard than in other servers for example..

@@leonardopontes7376 the way the survivors play is also based on the killer, a nurse match and a trapper match are going completely different. Now let’s add a control, which is the same killer. Trues wesker and otz wesker let’s say otz goes in with his usual mindset of “I’m gonna make sure everyone has fun” it may make the survivors pipe down the gas a little bit. Just like if tru3 notices a team is strong , decides to slug at 5 gens the survivors are likely more inclined to stick it to him. Again none of this is certain. But I agree there are tells , but I think it’s a little goofy to say otzs survivors aren’t close to the same level because I garuntee he is a top tier killer when trying (he’s only tried once in a torunement and he did amazing) again the vods of true facing (not potatoes) but weaker players don’t get put up because they are very boring, in a case like this otz would stretch the game out and go for chases. Different playstyles, mindsets etc could work on a team like this who knows. That’s the point is we don’t know for certain, but I guess that’s why he’s asking for opinions

I will say in my opinion its how true reacts to playing against a good team that is possibly not winnable and how other content creators react. Put this survivor team against hybrid panda and he will get beat or draw like true, but watch the reaction and how personal each of them take it. One will laugh and keep it moving and one keeps it as fuel. True is his worst enemy. Trues high MMR is exactly the MMR I feel if that makes sense. It's a pitty how negative, pessimistic and one sided he has become. He seems like a solid guy and looks at life optimistic, but the trolls and haters are in there deep and real deep.

This is the most real comment I've seen in this community in a while. The negativity and constant complaining makes me not want to watch DBD content anymore, been watching for years and generally I tune in for anything not DBD at this point. Even this video, bashing comp players, saying they're not good/not better than random players - meanwhile TrU3 got absolutely steamrolled when playing vs comp players a couple years ago. Would love to see TrU3 not play this game anymore and switch to something he has fun playing... Love the guy and his personality when he's doing anything other than playing DBD.

True. I enjoy TrU3's content, but he's mistaken when he keeps claiming there's nothing he can do. I watch a lot of other streamers and they also go against P100 SWF's back-to-back. They just make it look easy imo because they're just that good, or perhaps have a different mindset. I noticed TrU3 has this defeatist "there's nothing I can do" mentality when he gets bullied. He just complains about dev decisions, pretty much gives up, and starts using tunnel vision and making mistakes. Picking up even though he knows there's someone lurking nearby. Leaving hooks instead of tunneling them out. Overcommitting to chases instead of taking advantage of people in bad positions (like the first chase in this video). Idk, I'm no pro so I can be talking out my ass, but I've most definitely seen killer mains on Twitch go against competent survivors and come out on top. I believe it's because they keep their head in the game and don't grumble and complain. They take full advantage of the snowball and slug everyone, or strategically camp the hook when they're being gen-rushed; idk, just utilize different strategies at the right time when necessary to clutch the W. I feel TrU3 gives up the moment he thinks it's over.

crombs, lilith omen, d3ad plays.. they all go against harder survivors and win. Some end up on 100+ winstreaks so im not sure how you can say they are low MMR. Dont get me wrong you go against sweaty players 100% and the game is 100% survivor sided but there are many killers out there better than you true. Your skillset spreads between lots of killers, whereas crombs would topple a team with wesker that you wouldnt even have a chance at.
