Thanks for hopping on my account to do this showcase, and especially for fixing up my poor Uugo haha. I really do like Truath and I don't think the hp balance shows up on the healing on the post fight screen, because it seems like he provides so much more healing than what it says. Also I believe he shares the same model design as Kael so he might be some long lost father or something lol! Great showcase

Truath was the one that made it possible to kill faction 21 for me. Kept everyone up with ease. His kit is really unique and he is a hell of a tank.

truath is amazing in arena battles - if u can stand first hard hit of enemy DD, u just heal everybody like nothing happened. top1 heal in the game right now.

That move is meant to make truth a tank just like tatura. That is why tatura places the shield on himself and truth places counterattack and strengthen. If he were veiled as well enemies could still choose their target. It is meant to hide your allies while you take hits and counterattack. There is no buffing that move

I'm a year late watching this, but I've been starting to use my Truath a little now so was interested to see how he does in Hydra. I have to say I feel your suggested buff wouldn't fit with the whole idea of his skill though. It's called Gaze on Me precisely because he veils everyone else and takes the heat himself. That's also why he self-buffs with Strengthen and counter-attack that brings in his A1 with heal. If he were to veil himself too the whole skill would stop making sense!

I thought the same. The Only thing his Passive has a Cooldown of 1 Turn. Bommels Bombs with Frenzy should be awsome!

I think with the Perfect Veilers who do not veil themselves (Tuath, Tatura, Dutchessm etc) a Doompriest or even better Tuhanarak make a lot of sense running just a bit faster than the veil champ. Also hope you pull a Tuhanarak at somepoint, she is amazing for Hydra!

It's not as big an issue with Duchess since she doesn't attack when casting veil.

I pulled truath not long ago. Was thinking of using kyoku and sandlashed survivor with him. Then rector drath or duchess for revives. Stag for debuff and trunda for damage.

from what i understand and i could be wrong but i dont think "HP balance" counts as an actual heal in the game coding wich is why it bypasses the heal reduction debuff, so wouldnt the masteries to improve Truaths "healing" not work?

couldnt agree more with the passive. i also tried to use Frenzy on him to see if i can cheat his A3 and passive and build him like vogoth zero defence and high HP to rotate the heals but didnt work. Kind of regret wasting 5x5*chickens. he needs a buff already :-(

I’m using Tuhanarak lead, geo, vogoth, godseeker and Truath. Geo is only one not replaceable, other champs can be replace to cleanse, put decrease speed and atk down. Truath has passive where her HP balance skill cools down by 1 turn for 10% HP lost. So paired with frenzy set HP constantly tops up…just another option for heal

Maybe Truath should be in Guardian for more damage, so more lowering of the cooldown? I pulled one the first weekend he was released but have not built them yet.

Truath is an absolute beast. He can hit HARD, and he often is the last champion standing in my teams. I have mine in 6 pieces of stoneskin, with a bit over 80,000 health.
