I can't even being to tell you how much I appreciate this post! Our jacks stopped working and we have been hand cranking to get the camper on the truck for a trip. This saved us a ton of time and effort! THANK YOU

Stay away from Rieco-Titan brand. My TC came with Rieco jacks, but the guys at this company charge an astronomical amount for ANY replacement parts. Their prices are so ridiculous that it's actually cheaper to buy the entire system, get the part you need, and try to resell the rest. For example, a replacement wireless remote costs $335.79 plus $20 shipping, and the tiny activation switch panel is $145.00, which is insane for $10 worth of material (a metal plate, LED, 3.5mm jack, and switch). I'm buying a full Atwood kit, minus the jacks, for less than $400 and it comes with two remotes. I’m done with pathetic Rieco-Titan and their ripoff BS.

So, remote battery in good shape? I had a similar problem with one power head that went bad. Rico sent me a new one without question. Just had to send them the bad one.

Both remotes were good. When the controller quit working I called Reico Titan and they weren't much help. the lady there basically told me that she couldn't help and that I'd need to buy a new one. Not much help when you're broke down out in the woods. Which is why I made a rescue tool. Check out my next video for that. Thanks for the comment!

Did you check the fuses in the controller?

I did. And, I also checked the 60 amp main just to make sure that it reset. Thanks for asking!

Great video I'm going to employ a few of your tricks because you've got me thinking if that ever happens to me. My Arctic Fox 811 is a 2013. I've never had any problems with my jacks failing. Looks like you're Arctic Fox is fairly new? I'm surprised you're jack's have failed if it is indeed a newer camper. Also looks like you are from Montana? Just got back today from the Bitterroot River catching rainbows...long drive from Phoenix

Our camper is a 2018. And yes, we’re in Montana, in the Flathead valley. I always try to be prepared since a lot of our camping is out of cell range or in areas that are far from the main road system. Thanks for the comment!

A screw gun works a lot easier and faster and if you have two and helper can do two jacks at a time. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the comment! You'll notice in my follow up video that I've created a tool as a back up plan to help me when a jack fails. I still keep the trusty drill with me...just in case!

Electrical Box - www.amazon.com/dp/B09F937WGY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Reverse Polarity Switch - www.amazon.com/dp/B08867Z7ZG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title I bought some alligator clips for the battery side and a factory jack connector for the jack side. I used 10 AWG wire as well. Hope this helps!
