If your transfer case starts to leak again drain it . if there is a way to get something in there to soak up residual inside. Degrease and clean area around crack on the out side. Mix up some JB weld or similar type product and apply to crack and allow ample time to set up. Refill transfer case and possibly even redo what you did the first time to alleviate some internal pressure on the crack. Cross your fingers and rock on!

Some State Parks on the north shore have campsites that remain open all winter. The parks have electricity so it's easy to stay warm. I was having a bad day at work, I was dealing with multiple Neighbor disputes and domestics. My Sgt was dealing with the same. We got back to the office and he sad something that resonated with me...."If people were just a little nicer to each other, if people followed the golden rule we wouldn't have jobs".....he was right. We are nicer to stray animals walking down the road then we are to our neighbors. That is the first part...the second part is because on the job I was lied to every day, it was constant and consistent. If people were honest with others and honest with themselves life would be a little easier for everyone. I got out of LE last year. I'm glad I did. It was turning me into someone I didn't even recognize.

Last winter I kept the heat on in the camper and had a small electric heater in the basement all week while I was at work. I was able to keep water in the camper untill December/January. Once the high temps remained -10 for the day time I called it quits. I still dry camped every weekend. I used the sink sparingly, just to wash dishes and stuff. I kept a jug of water in the counter for washing. I chased down the water with pink juice so my trap wouldn't freeze. I dumped the gray tank into my sewer when I got home. This winter the cost of heating the camper is more then I can afford. This will be my first weekend without water.

Kenny, I also wanted to thank you as many others have for all of your videos and the time it took you to make each week's deadlines. I have a truck camper that is going on two years of ownership. It's the Lance 650 which was perfect when we started off, but as you know you run out of space quickly. So, I'm considering trading it in for a bigger truck camper with at least one side out, most likely two along with a generator and solar. We throughly enjoyed the videos and learned a thing or two and will add those to my toolbox for improvements for my road trips. I can't escape every weekend like you, because of school and the homework workload (Not complaining). In the state of New Mexico the state offers an access pass free of charge for military or veterans and when we stay at a state camping spot it's 50% off or $5.00 per night no hookup or $15.00 for electricy and water. Does Minnesota offer that? Again, thanks for cleaning up after other's trash campsites it's just pure laziness and so disresectful.

I can't speak from first-hand regarding military discounts, but I believe the admission to State Parks is free. There may be some discounted camping as well.

To speed up the hot water draining process I open the pressure relief valve. Just make sure your not standing in front of the drain.

Ok ok, we need to find a way to reverse your bad mojo! Like they used to say on Hee Haw, if it weren’t for bad luck I’d have no luck at all! Well good news is you didn’t break the mirror…so at least you avoided 7 more years of bad luck and not having Mandi on your ass for putting up a mirror for her. Seriously though, hope the radiator issue is just a faulty hose or clamp not a crack!!! Here, hope this 🍀 helps ya my friend!!!

I picked it up from Amazon back in 2020. It works great. I definitely recommend it. The feild of view is better then the original rearview mirror. It has great night vision as well. Here is a link. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07ZF9FK6W?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

@KennyOfAllTrades2 жыл бұрын
@@barythompson4781 Yes it is. I was in Nebraska last year. I got a video of a State Park that I visited, it was the coolest State Park I've ever been too. I don't recall the name though. Man that park was sweet! I was on my way home from out west. I wanted to go to the black hills, but realized it was Sturgis, so I cut through Nebraska. Initially I was surprised to see.........nothing......no trees, no fields, no people....just prairie grass, it was pretty, but long. Saw a stste Forest on the On X map, I was hoping to Boondock of a forestery road. But, before I could make it to the forest I came upon the State Park. I'm glad I stopped. That park was beautiful! The bike riding and hiking was awesome. The land formations also changed. It's like a cross between the badlands mixed with South Dakota rolling prairie

Oh gosh I hope not! I looked at a KZbin video. They said it's an 8 to 10 hour job. You have to take apart the entire front end. It looks like a mess. The evaporator, oil cooler, Trans cooler lines, intercooler, lights, fender wells, it's crazy. I'm not looking forward to it.

Kenny, I had asked what you did if anything special for cooking up hamburgers and I've got my answer now. The question will be, will I be able to eat a hamburger with peanut butter in it, I'll find out one of these days but I have a feeling it may not work for my taste buds. Your friends shop doors, are those 14' or even taller ?

One of my favorite breakfast sandwiches is a peanut butter and a over easy egg. This was a twist on a burger that is popular in Minnesota. It's called a Juciy Lucie. It's a hamburger stuffed with cheese.

@@KennyOfAllTrades I can't recall ever having ground beef or egg together with peanut butter, however I do like a toasted bread sunny side up egg with slice of cheddar cheese sandwich.

Question for you Kenny. I recently installed a front receiver on my truck and have a ATV cargo carrier similar to yours. My question is, how did you attach those marker poles you have on the corners of yours? My carrier has rounded corners made of square tubing and I intend to use round poles, typically used to mark the sides of driveways for snow removal. I can not think of a way to securely fasten them. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have! Duane
@KennyOfAllTrades Жыл бұрын
I used snow plow markers. They bolt through the square tubing. Check these out. www.amazon.com/36-Length-Reflective-Universal-Markers/dp/B09NCJTVZ2/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=KWEBL3WKSKSL&keywords=snow+plow+markers+36+inch&qid=1699665762&sprefix=Snow+plow+markers%2Caps%2C308&sr=8-3
