Truck driver gets blindsided by an impatient driver. Was this accident preventable?

He could’ve prevented that by not driving that day. 🤷‍♀️ Just him being more aware of how stupid the world is getting he should’ve just woke up in bed, said you know what the world is too stupid and went back to sleep and this would never of happened. Course he’d probably lose his job, but This horrible accident would’ve never happened . Prayers go out to all the prairie dogs in this animation for having to live through this nightmare of a scenario. I know exactly what the driver of the auto said “the truck driver went past where he should’ve turned and I figured he was going straight so I took and cut the turn. Then he came back in driving right up besides me as I was trying to make a perfectly legal right turn. He just turnt right into my lane. 🤷‍♀️ I was shocked that they blamed me for the accident. What’s a feller to do now, my cars all bungled up. I’m all twisted in knots over being told I’m wrong…. which I’ll point out has never happened. Yeah, sure he had his right turn signal on but heck I do that all the time driving down the road. Forget I have it on that’s probably what he’s doing I figured, he just forgot he had it on. He’s just driving straight with his right turn signal on at the exact corner where I needed to go, right. Maybe I thought well he thinks he knows where I’m going well I’ll show him. I mean, is that even legal to put your right turn signal on to mock the driver behind you saying yeah, I know where you’re going. I’m going straight and you’re going right so I’ll put my turn signal on to show you where you’re going. I don’t think that’s legal. I don’t I really don’t.

I can't believe this situation is even real. Nobody would get a "preventable accident" warning letter for this. I call complete bullshit. Cops would've given a ticket to the guy in the car for illegal passing and driving off the road.

Why the hell would anyone get a "preventable accident" for this? I call bullshit. I guarantee the cops showed up and gave the car driver all sorts of violations and tickets.
