Hi PK I really am enjoying most of your videos especialy about charts, so thanks for that. In this one though I am struggling, I can't seem to get the formula for the occupancy right. Copying the formula down and accross it just comes up with zero and the occupancy rate registers 100% perhaps their is something simple that I may or may not be doing, I would appreciate a little advice. many thanks. Hey Alpesh, We need the number of boxes = Occupancy For example the occupancy is 52% then we need a 10x10 table wherein 52 times should 1 and rest in 48 cells should 0.

Hi PK, I have a question, the workload box you made for the truck with formula same could have been made with conditional formatting like you did in KPI indicators video where you used conditional formatting to colour the blocks. Hi Mufaddal, Its nice question. Yor are right it could have been achieved by using conditional formatting also, but my objective is share the maximum knowledge with people. That is the reason i have used Excel cells in one video and excel chart is 2nd video. Thanks for watching.
