Not really. But he's definitely an old rival with the Summoning Circle-san, maybe one generation late. SC-san is in the same generation as Wormhole-san, Door-san and Death-san. Truck-kun meanwhile is a sibling/cousin of Train-kun, Taxi-kun, Plane-kun and many other transport-tachis. Very distinct two generation of MC Transporters if I may insist (I read a lot, lol).
