Oh My God!!! They couldn't even get it back together. I'm thinking the customer is going to notice that there's no transmission in the truck anymore. Well, at least the gear box won't back making any noise again. I guess they'll tell the customer that they fixed it. Kind of.

My recommendation will be like taping a video I would let them know that you will be expose to comments so at least try to do it differently like with care because let be honest a transmission is like a heart to your body if you go for a pain and comeback home that something else was damaged it will be painful!!!! Just saying but I honest I admire y you have my respect wish the best in life and thank you for helping them !in life it is not what do but how you do it !!!!!🫢🤫
